Welcome to your first days at Maricopa High School. The start of a new school year is always exciting, but sometimes it’s confusing with all the new responsibilities each student has. To help everyone, we’ve outlined information and tips that will make the process easier.

 Returning Students

Please make sure you have turned in your registration packets. If you need another packet, you may pick one up at the office. You must complete and turn in a packet before we will assign your schedule.

New Students

Please register as soon as possible so you can make an appointment with a counselor to select classes. Please bring the required information when you register:

• Copy of your birth certificate
• Immunization records
• Proof of residence
• Withdrawal papers
• Unofficial transcripts

We can’t complete the registration process without this information.

School IDs

Once you are registered, we’ll take your picture and issue a school ID. Please dress appropriately on the day you register. If you have questions about appropriate dress, please review the dress code.

Fees

You can pay fees for sports and activities at the time of registration. You can treat these fees as a dollar for dollar tax credit. Just use the forms in the front office.

Extracurricular

You will need a physical examination before participation in sports, dance, cheer, or band.  We will schedule dates for free physical exams and you’ll have some forms to fill out.
